This rather late variety give you beauty rounded bulbs, firm and very white. Its delicate taste reminiscent of anise will bring originality to your winter dishes. Recommended for winter crops. Fennel is delicious in salads or cooked with tomatoes au gratin or applesauce.
Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from March to July in 40 cm apart lines.
2. Thinning: At 3-4 leaf stage, pull the smallest and keep only the strongest to allow only a plant every 20 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest of late July to November. For harvesting from December to March, sow from mid-July.
